RICH BAUER
Chief Rich Bauer is a career firefighter and paramedic. Beginning his career working as a paid on-call firefighter for Ketchum in 1994, he then moved to Wood River Fire & Rescue (now BC South) in 1999, where he rose to the rank of captain. In 2019 Chief Bauer was selected to head the North Blaine County Fire District by the District Commissioners and Sun Valley Fire Department.
Chief Bauer recently completed leadership training and his capstone project of cistern management.
