PERMITS & PLAN CHECKS

Burn permits are required for all types of burns within the District.  You need to purchase a permit through the North Blaine County Fire District if you are planning to burn. Permits are $50, and can be paid with cash or check made out to NBCFD.

Tents sized above 20x20 are required to have an inspection and a permit.  These include party tents, event tents, construction tents and more.  You need to have an inspection and permit filed through Sun Valley Fire Department if you are planning to use a large tent for an event. 

Plan checks are essential to any construction in the District. You must schedule a plan check with Chief Bauer, the District's Fire Marshall, and fill out the appropriate paperwork with the North Blaine County Fire District.
